Kellogg Resiliency Project

Suisun City is considered at risk of flooding from sea level rise, though the exact timing or significance of flood risk is unclear. A 2020 fire near Kellogg Street burned portions of the Wildlife Center, destroyed several homes, and damaged many more.   

To ensure the sustainability of the community, FSSD and Suisun City secured funds to address these risks.  We call this effort the Kellogg Resiliency Project, which is likely the first phase of a program to protect Suisun City and other portions of Solano County in the coming decades.
