Two of every five properties with a tax lien as of Feb. 2018 are vacant land.

The Regional Data Center provides you with updated tax lien data each month. This data is downloadable as open data, and also available in our new property dashboard tool. 

About 35,000 vacant properties in the County have a tax lien. Nearly 84,000 properties in the County have at least one lien, accounting for just over 14% of all parcels.

79 Master Plumbers are named Robert

The Allegheny County Master Plumber dataset has been downloaded 550 times. This data is published by the County Health Department on the Regional Data Center's Open Data Portal. 

Only Registered Master Plumbers are permitted to apply for a plumbing permit. Plumbing permits are required to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish or change occupancy of a building or structure.



Marmaduke Park is on Oswald St. in Brighton Heights, but we have no idea how it got its name.

These drinking fountains account for 43% of the City's 157 drinking fountains.  89 of the City's fountains have on/off valves.
