Perceptions about Washington Avenue from people riding transit

Completed in 2017, the Washington Avenue reconstruction between Hennepin Avenue and 5th Avenue South in Minneapolis included the replacement of the driving surface and updating traffic signals. It also created new spaces for people walking and biking; including new sidewalks and an off-street cycle track for people biking.
