Green Streets - Stage 2 - Hancock Street

We attended your street on the 30 April 2022 to discuss the street trees in your street. 

We spoke about the planned removals of unsuitable trees and asked you to complete a survey to help us select an appropriate street tree planting style and species attributes.

Based on the feedback received so far, we've put together 3 possible tree planting options for your street. 

The next 6 slides list some of the benefits and include visualisations of each option. 

You will then be able to vote on which option you prefer.  

Low value trees include any tree that will not grow to provide a medium to large canopy. 

Thank you for participating in our Green Streets program. We will use the survey results to select the  design for your street. The results will be posted on the participate page, including any updates to the program. 

Tree removals and planting will be carried out between now and the end of October.
