Request for Input - Digital Equity Vision + Framework

Thank you for participating in this information-gathering process. We know, and want to recognize, that this work builds on so much that has come before. Our sincere hope is to add to the body of work by creating a community-generated vision for what a successful implementation of the Digital Equity Act would mean to community. We want to amplify the existing work and elevate an increasing number of community voices.

We are asking about 10 questions in total, three in which we ask you to write short answers (as much or as little as you'd like), the rest are multiple choice. 

The survey has three parts: first we ask you for your input on Digital Equity, next we ask you to recommend others whose input we should seek and finally we ask you to share some information about yourself. At the end, you may choose to share your name and let us know if we have your consent to contact you for a follow-up interview.

We are not looking for this project to redefine or further refine any definition of digital equity. We would, however, like to understand if there is a standard definition you reference, use, or how you would yourself define digital equity.
